These terms govern your use of the EventBosh mobile application ("the App") operated by EventBosh ("we", "our", "us"). By using EventBosh, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What EventBosh Is

EventBosh is an event discovery platform. We help you find events happening near you using a map-based interface. We aggregate event information from publicly available sources and third-party data providers.

EventBosh is not a ticketing platform. We do not sell, resell, or process tickets. When you tap through to purchase tickets, you are directed to the original ticketing provider's website or app. Any ticket purchase is a transaction between you and that provider.

2. Event Information Accuracy

Event details (dates, times, venues, prices, descriptions) are sourced from third-party platforms, venue websites, and public data. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information current and accurate:

We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any event listing.
Events may be cancelled, rescheduled, or modified without our knowledge.
Prices shown are indicative and may differ from the ticketing provider's current price.

Always verify event details with the official organiser or ticketing provider before attending or purchasing tickets.

3. Your Account

You may use EventBosh without creating an account. Creating an account enables additional features such as saving events and syncing preferences across devices.

You are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials secure.
All activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from EventBosh.
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the App or its infrastructure.
Use EventBosh for any unlawful purpose.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The EventBosh name, logo, design, and original content are our property. Event data displayed in the App is sourced from third parties and remains the property of its respective owners.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from EventBosh's design or proprietary content without our written permission.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

EventBosh contains links to third-party websites and services (ticketing platforms, venue websites, maps). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

EventBosh is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from inaccurate event information, cancelled events, or ticket purchases made through third-party platforms.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero if the App is free).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EventBosh and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

You may stop using EventBosh at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
